I'm going to hazard a guess and say that it would probably taste like ice. Considering its color, though, I wouldn't think that eating it is a particularly good idea.

How could you know that without trying, Mister? You can't always judge things by color! Like, squid ink is black, but it makes a good addition to some foods.
